This report includes the sampling and reporting requirements of the above referenced permit as well as the reporting requirements of the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. In'ection Water Well System The injection water well system is operated with mine depressurization water (DPW). Daily operational data is collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
