I think I have the Briar Chapel puzzle figured out.
1. The information filed in LZF in 2005 -0732 v 32 should be moved to 2005 -0732 v 30. It is just a modification to
the approved stormwater plan for the "Briar Chapel -SD North Commercial" residing in the v -30 file. After the
file is transferred to V -30, file V -32 can be removed.
2. File 2005 -0732 v 31 is labeled as "Briar Chapel — SD North Commercial" in LZF but it should be relabeled to "Briar
Chapel —Boulder Point Dr." The Triage Check List that was supposedly sent to Jason was also labeled as "SD
Commercial" when it should have also been "Boulder Point Dr." However, it appears that Jason did not get that
file. See my note to Jason below.
Cherri and Jason,
I saw in LZF that the Triage sheet for 2005 -0732 v 31 for Boulder Point Dr. was sent to Jason. That plan for "Boulder
Point Dr." showed up in my office. Jason said yesterday that he didn't have it. It probably should have gone to Jason
although I have done some work on Briar Chapel before. I see that the engineer's submittal letter (which I can't
find) did address the package to my attention so that might have contributed to the confusion. I will be happy to review
the plan since I have talked to the engineer in the past. Jason, you and Cherrie make that call.
