Inspection Summary:
Based upon the inspection conducted, coverage under NCG200000 is recommended. Duke Energy is processing coal ash
to manufacture a product for use in concrete. This request was made in part to bring the Dukeville Road Facility in line with
other similar coal ash processing facilities in North Carolina that are covered under NCG200000. No visible issues were
noted with the outfall at the time of the inspection.
