Thank you for reaching out, we have had a few missteps as this was only our first time going thru the process. The COC
obtained 4/19 was done incorrectly and should be canceled. We did not intend to gain coverage for the entire site, only
the lots we were preparing to purchase and build on. When we first worked through this we spoke with someone at
NCDEQ that advised we start over with a new plan submission that reflected the correct acreage. The COC obtained 5/5
was done correctly and the fee was paid. Chris Riesch still maintains his position with us and his email has not changed.
There may be a typo but his correct email is [e-mail]. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further

# NCC231326 (attached with its application). Was this other NOI referenced below an accidental duplicate for the same
project? Should it be cancelled? Please let us know.
Also, we got a notice that the email for Chris Reisch is no longer valid. If he has left, we need an update on the current
site contact information for the permit attached.
