The below narrative describes the requested modification associated with property located at 216 Radio
Island Road. The original permit reflected a 4'x117' walkway to a 8'x15' platform for a total of 588 sgft
and a single boat lift. The requested modification shows a 6'x130'walkway to a 24'x11' platform,
184sgft floating dock,for a total of 1,228 sqft and 2 boat lifts.
