Hi Dave. Recovery is going well. Thanks for asking.
Matt Jones, Division 9 Project Development Engineer, talked to Mr. Beeson yesterday regarding his concerns, and is
looking into a few things for him.
As for the sediment loss reference, we have recently removed some buildings in the area, and Mr. Beeson was concerned
that the area was left unvegetated. Matt has requested that our Right of Way office investigate. I also asked that our
Utility inspectors confirm that no clearing for utilities has taken place, and they confirmed.

Hope your recovery is going well.
I just got off the phone with Mr. Beeson. He mentioned he had just talked to Matt Jones. He is
concerned about stormwater discharges to the stream on his property at Sites 1D and E. He
also mentioned some sediment may have been lost around where clearing is taking place.
Mostly I think he wanted to vent his concerns. Will you give him a call sometime soon and
hear him out? Thanks.
