Hi Dave, Apologies for not pointing out the changes in the reauthorization request. In the latest and greatest design, we removed two (2) connections resulting in the removal of original Impacts 1, 2, 5, & 6, reducing the overall stream impacts from 460' to 330'. Please see the comparison below. Temporary dewatering will occur but will overlap the permanent impacts, so no additional temporary impacts are needed for the culvert installation. If you need anything else, please let me know! If so, do they overlap with the permanent impacts or are they stand-alone. If they are stand-alone temporary impacts, please include the linear feet impacted. I noticed that impacts were reduced in the renewal application. Under the previous 401 permit, there were a total of 460 linear feet of impacts. Proposed impacts for the renewal are 330'.
