The above project qualifies for Nationwide Permit 3 authorization. This permit authorizes the replacement of
three existing 60" by 37' culverts with a 22'9" by 5'5" by 36' aluminum arch culvert under NCSR 1300 (Paige Riddick
Road) over Mill Swamp northeast of Gates in Gates County, North Carolina. Please see the attached authorization and
conditions for NWP #3. If you have any questions, please contact me.
