NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
During this reporting period, the POTW did not modify any of the Pretreatment
Program Elements. In reference to the Long Term Monitoring Plan (LTMP) due date
of July 31, 2022, the City did not received a reissued NPDES Permit in 2022.
Attached is an email correspondence with the NC Pretreatment Unit concerning the
submittal of an updated LTMP. The POTW reviewed the information on the attached
"Pretreatment Program Info Database" and noted an update to the contact person
for the Utility Director.
There are no Significant Industrial Users permitted by the Pretreatment Program.
The City opted in 2021 to keep the Pretreatment Program active in case the City
attracts new business to the area which would require an Industrial User Permit.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
During the reporting period, the City did not issue any Industrial User Permits.
