Durham has required a change/addi?on of an ou?all from SCM 9 for this project. This new SCM ou?all meets (9)(a)(i) in
the Neuse Buffer Rules and therefore is a deemed allowable impact.

A Buffer Authoriza?on was issued in March 2021 (see a?ached). I am sending these updated map exhibits for the DWR
record. WR is not reques?ng a modified buffer authoriza?on.
