**EFFLUENT TURBIDITY SHALL NOT EXCEED 50 NTU. *PERMIT MUST CONTAIN FLOW MONI-
TORING REQUIREMENT SUCH THAT ALL VOLUMES OF WASTEWATER LEAVING THE FACILITY
ARE MONITORED. IF CONTINUOUS NOT FEASIBLE, THEN DISCHARGER SHALL RECORD THE
APPROX. TIMES DISCHARGE BEGAN AND ENDED, ALONG WITH INSTANTANEOUS FLOW AT
EFFLUENT SAMPLING. RECOMMEND EFFLUENT MONITORING FOR BENZENE, TOLUENE, AND
XYLENE(BTX) DURING THE FIRST 5 DISCRETE EVENTS (AND THEN ANNUALLY TO COINCIDE
WITH WHOLE EFFLUENT TOXICITY TEST. RECOMMEND REOPENER CLAUSE TO ALLOW FOR
ADDITIONAL LIMITS ON THESE OR OTHER TOXICANTS. WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE FIRST
DISCHARGE EVENT PERFORM THESE ANALYSES ON A SAMPLE OF STORMWATER EFFLUENT
DISCHARGE (REQUIRED ONE TIME ONLY): EPA METHOD 625 AND EPA METHOD 624.
RECOMMEND EFFLUENT MONITORING FOR PHEN4L5.
