Subject: Dead tree Phase A MY1 Approval
Hey Barrett,
By copy of this correspondence, DWR approves the monitoring report for Year 1 of the Dead Tree
Phase A Site. Please note, that height and vigor data were not included in the Year 1 report which is
required. Please make sure this data is included in subsequent monitoring reports.
DWR authorizes a 20% reduction in the current bond amount.
Thank you for your patience,
Ryan Hamilton (he/him)
