George Wood has requested a Minor Modification to Major Permit #25 -14, which was issued on March 17, 2014 and expires on December 31, 2017. The original major permit authorized the construction of three single - family dwellings connected via a structurally detached roofed two story deck, a partially enclosed gazebo building, the installation of a pool with concrete deck, a well and septic system, a beach accessway with dune deck and a sand driveway with unimproved parking spaces. 2. George Wood has requested to modify Major Permit #25 -14 to include a graded and wood chipped ±195'x10' construction and emergency accessway on the east side of the property providing access from the 44 beach area. 3. 1 conducted a site visit on May 19, 2015 to review the Minor Modification request pursuant to the provisions of reference (a) and have determined that the request meets the requirements contained in 15A NCAC 07H .0306 USE STANDARDS.
