Good morning, and happy Friday to you.
I'm writing on behalf of the Town of Woodfin to request a withdrawal of the 401 application for DWR Project
#20221671, the Woodfin Riverside Park & Wave.
Per our last meeting and discussion, our team is now working on a revised approach, which will require more time than
is remaining on the permit clock for you to functionally review and make a sound decision. As such, it makes the most
sense for us to withdraw and resubmit when the updated plans are ready.
Thank you for helping us work through the permit to this point, and we look forward to continuing the discussion upon
resubmission.
