Jane, Thank you for meeting Dennis and viewing the Price Closeout last week. All work has been completed in accordance with the Project Summary and Notice of Intent memo sent on 3/2/23. Attached is the final application records that will correspond to the WUPs that were sent on 3/2/23. Thank you for working with us throughout this process and helping us to officially remove these lagoons and facility from the NCDENR database. You have been a great help throughout this entire process. Side-note: We will be working with Ricky Hayes to get you a finalized package for the Strother Closure soon. PS thank you for getting our CE for the 1217 Committee. No one has ever stood up for us before by getting this done. I made the suggestion many years ago and was bypassed. Thank You!
