South side of house (river side) has deteriorating raised masonry terrace, steps, and walk; deteriorating bulkhead; and, deteriorating and unnecessary masonry retaining wall. Proposed Activity Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used: See attached Conceptual Plan (with Final Revision dated 5/11/23) for proposed activity. North side of house - replace existing masonry walk with new paver walk; replace existing wood privacy fence and gate with new vinyl fence and gate, replace existing wire fence along property line with aluminum picket fence. East side of house - replace existing bulkhead with new vinyl sheet pile bulkhead set at an elevation 24" (+/-) higher than existing bulkhead and 2' (+/-) to riverside of existing bulkhead; remove existing wood fence along bulkhead; remove existing masonry retaining wall to accommodate tie -backs for new bulkhead, backfill and sod disturbed area; add new composite deck and steps, masonry paver landing, and swimming pool.
