In response to NOV-2022-LV-0756 for Riverwind Mobile Home Park, the following corrective actions
were taken to correct the July fecal coliform exceedances.
• Operator noticed cloudier than normal effluent. Operator located the air leaks and scheduled
repair with contractor. Contractor completed air leak repairs.
• Operator replaced old UV sleeves with spare replacement sleeves.
• New UV bulbs and UV sleeves were ordered and installed.
With these corrective action items taken, Riverwind Mobile Home Park has been in compliance with
fecal coliform in August, September and October 2022.
