To whom it may concern,
This letter is in response to NOV-2022-LV-0829 and NOV-2022-LV-0830, for Town of
Hot Springs (NC0025836) for the months of August and September 2022.
The parameter violation for both August and September 2022 was for Fecal Coliform.
James and James noticed a shorter detention time with the excess flow coming in from the
rainfall. James and James relocated the chlorine to the end of the line and began feeding tablet
chlorine to compensate for the need of the fecal demand.
Therefore, we respectfully request your consideration of any fines. Thank you for sending
the notification. We appreciate your attention to detail on these reports. If there is any additional
information you require, please let us know and we will be happy to comply.
