Sue,
I got your voice mail message late last night in response to my call regarding the 401 WQ Certification and pre -con
requirement. Sorry, I forgot to mention the specific project. It is the Muddy Creek Influent Transfer Force Main Project
and it's in Forsyth County. The DWR number referenced in the cover letter is 14 -0944.
The pre -con meeting with the contractor is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday 6/11). You had indicated in your voice
mail that you were busy this week and unable to attend. As it is a permit condition to hold a pre -con with the Division
prior to disturbance at STA 13 +00 to STA 22 +00, we can schedule something with you and the contractor later this
month. The contractor is required to do full utility location prior to any construction work so they won't begin
construction right away.
For the pre -con we are holding tomorrow, I will include a note in the agenda and minutes that a pre- construction
meeting with the Division is required and should be scheduled at the earliest convenience. I will also include your
contact information. Either myself or the contractor (Layne Heavy Civil) will be in touch with you to schedule this.
