Other observations: • The number of fields listed on the certification form was incorrect. There are 57 fields currently in the permit based on the most recent Attachment B dated 4/25/2022 and a letter dated 12/20/2022. RC-18-01 and 02 were transferred to WQ0016247. • Land application occurred in February, March, May, July, and September. Nineteen fields were used. • Fields RC-11-2, RC-12-1, RC-12-26, RC-119-5, RC-119-10, RC-128-1 all had pH < 6.0. Fields RC-12-1, RC-119-5, RC-128-1 all had lime recommendations. No lime applications were reported in the 2022 calendar year. Soil pH should be maintained above 6.0 to ensure optimum nutrient availability for crops. • Fields RC-12-2A and RC-119-10 did not have ESP reported as the sodium value was reported as 0.0. • Fields RC-15-1, RC-41-2, and RC-41-4 also received residuals from WQ0006594 Unifi DCAR. • Quarterly sampling was completed on 1/12/22, 4/6/22, 7/5/22, and 10/3/2022. TCLP was completed on 1/12/22. • PVR was completed quarterly.
