No discrepancies were noted during the inspection. *The permit became effective on October 1, 2021, and will expire on June 30, 2026. *Mr. Smith does a very good job with regards to keeping records. *The June 2022 eDMR was checked with the contract lab reports. No discrepancies were noted. *The mechanical bar screen is located in the main pump station on the other side of the South Yadkin River. *The aeration basin appeared to be operating properly. There is a floating mechanical aerator and a floating mixer in each of the aeration basins. *The secondary clarifier appeared to be working properly. The effluent leaving the clarifier was very clear on the day of the inspection. *The effluent pipe was located. The discharge was very clear at the time of the inspection. *The effluent flow meter was last calibrated on March 28, 2023.
