On May 11, 2023, Gary Hudson of this office met with Tim Smith, Operator in Responsible
Charge (ORC), Mike Weir, Water Resources Superintendent, and Mike Linville, Backup
ORC to perform a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the above referenced wastewater
treatment plant. This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review
and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form
details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection.
