This one is slightly different in that the surface water monitoring points are far enough from the site, they couldn't be
seen on the regular map in the plan. So they are shown on attached topo
Surface water sampling is proposed to be conducted at two locations. One surface water sample will
be collected at tributary creek of Gulf Creek which crosses Moncune-F|atvvood Road approximately
2,000 feet south of the site (SW-1); and one surface water sample will be collected along Shaddox
Creek approximately 2,000 feet west of the site (SW-2) (reference Figure 1). Off-site access
agreements may berequired.
