Roaring River Elementary School WWTP proposes to relocate the
facility's discharge to the Yadkin River from their current discharge
point at a UT to the Yadkin River. The dilution ratio at the proposed
point of discharge is approximately 40,000 to 1. The facility should
receive secondary limits. The school is currently under an SOC to meet
existing limits.
