Good afternoon. Below are comments regarding the PCN application submitted for this project on 4-26-23:

On page one of the resubmittal cover letter, it states that stream buffer impacts will be permitted through Chatham
County as the designated local authority. A 401 WQC has been requested for this project but the PCN application is
incomplete (page 5, section D) and does not include the proposed stream buffer impacts (Zone 1/ Zone2) associated
with the proposed development. A wetland/stream impact table is not included and the stream buffer impacts are not
depicted on the site plans. The PCN application, site plans, impact tables and legends should be updated with the
proposed stream, wetland and buffer impacts.

NCDWR Stream ID forms and NCSAM forms should be provided for on-site stream features.
