AUTHORIZATION of Neuse River Buffer Rule (15A NCAC 0213 .0233) Certificate
Dear Mr. Auton:
You have authorization, in accordance with 15A NCAC 02B .0233 to impact 285 square feet of Zone 2 of
the Neuse Riparian Buffers to construction a 12' x 22' elevated deck with attached landing and stairs. The
proposed deck is to be of open wood slat construction elevated at least 8 foot above ground level. If you
change your project you must notify this Office and you may be required to send us an application.
This letter does not authorize any impacts to either Waters of the United States or Waters of the State.
Please contact the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) if any
impacts are proposed to either of these waters. If you have any questions regarding this matter please
