Dear Ms. Cook and Mr. Reed:
I am the Water Reclamation Manager for the City of Greensboro Water Resources Department.
In that capacity, I oversee all aspects of the T. Z. Osborne Wastewater Treatment Facility, a 56
MGD advanced Biological Nutrient Removal plant that serves 300,000 people and is located on
400 acres in McLeansville NC.
The City of Greensboro is a member of the North Carolina Water Quality Association
(NCWQA). The City shares the concerns of the NCWQA in regard to the draft General Permit
NCG110000. We hereby incorporate the comments submitted by the Association.
