Pursuant to 40 Code of Federal Regulations §123.44(a)(1), the EPA may take up to 90 days from the receipt of permits information to make general comments, objections to, or recommendations on, a proposed permit. The EPA will complete the review of the Permit as expeditiously as possible prior to the end of the 90-day period on August 18, 2015.
