Ok did a quick review. I am out of town all next week

Quick comments:

1)Can I get the site diagram as it lays on the entire property. The diagram submitted are “blow ups” so, I don’t get

the feel of the entire project as it lies within the property boundary. (ie “zoom out”)
2)Design #3 is the preferred. The only difference is the reduced impact to the wetland and the additional stream

created during relocation. The length of the culvert extension is the same.
3)We need the SW design plan and O and M to issue the approval. I don’t think the town of Indian Trail can

approve their own BMP
4)Is the entrance directly across from Chestnut Pkwy? If not can the entrance be adjusted upstream of Stream A
