the status of the information request? The Division of Water Resources has been in contact with the Division of Energy,
Mining, and Land Resources (DEMLR) concerning any contact with your firm regarding the submittal of a Coastal
Stormwater Plan and DELMR staff has not been contacted to date. Please note the request was re-issued yesterday via
certified mail to your client.
