The following conditions have been met for final closeout of the project
listed on the Certificate of Plan Approval issued by the City of Archdale
under the Authorization of the ACE Integrated Stormwater Management
Progam, 1)The Standard Stormwater Operations and Maintenance
Agreement has been duly signed and filed with the Register of Deeds.
2)The City of Archdale has received a digital version of the CCTV of
subsurface Stormwater systems. 3)Tracing of underground systems
has been verified by Public Works personnel; and permanent ground
cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional
self-monitoring or setf-inspections are required. Project is in compliance
and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCGD1)
must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT).
The NOT is available at: •edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCGP
Termination. Please note that this correspondence must be uploaded
as part of completing the NOT process.
