We spoke with the client and they confirmed they would like you to proceed with conferencing with the USFWS for the
tri-colored bat.
I know when we spoke it sounded like this would not be the case, but if at any point conferencing seems to be
preventing or delaying issuance of the 404 permit we'll likely want to regroup. Their priority is to keep the 404 on track,
but hopefully verify a not likely to adversely affect determination for tricolored bat to avoid potential project delays
upon listing.

I have reviewed the PCN for the above referenced project. I spoke with Lauren this morning and we discussed the
addressing of the tri-colored bat in the PCN. Per IPaC and as of 04/13/2023, the Tri-colored bat status is proposed. Based
on it's proposed status the Corps can initiate conferencing with USFWS but it is not required, as part of the Corps review

for Section 7 at this time. Please let me know if conferencing is something the application would like to pursue. There
may be additional information required as a part of conferencing with USFWS.
