Thanks for the info. I was not able to find the How to update Permit Data"On the link provided.
Also, the address in incorrect for our Plant on CG050083.
I have the email/letter that was sent to me to the correct PO box for our company, but the
actual permit renewal listed 102 Industrial Drive, When the physical address is 110 Kings Rd,
Kings Mt, NC 28086
1 realize this should have been caught by my predecessor, but we are in the here and
now. Your assistance or direction to someone that can walk me through what needs to be
done, would greatly appreciated. I want to do the right thing.

Hi Ken,
Thanks for reaching out. Yes,the General Permit NCG050000 will expire May 315Y, and we are anticipating to renew the
NCG050000 on time on June 15Y
For now, there are 3 things you can do. 1. Ensure your facility is up to date on all fees. If there are any outstanding fees,
the COC will not renew. 2. Update any contact info if necessary. Please visit our NPDES Industrial Webpage and scroll
down to "How to Update Permit Data"where you will run the permit summary report to show the current contact info
we have on file. Finally 3. Review the newly issued General Permit NCG050000 when it renews. Info on the renewals can
be found here. More info will be posted in the coming weeks.

DEQ is updating its email addresses to @deq.nc.gov in phases from May 1st to June 9th.

• Our certificate of coverage No is NCG050083.
• Our general permit is NCG05000.
• Our expiration date is May 31"
• No property or outfall changes have occurred.
