No problem. I've done a preliminary review to check for any "loose
ends". The only thing that's needed is:
1. Public Notice (from USACE)
2. ICI report
3. EEP confirmation letter.
I've reviewed the plans/hydraulic design against meeting notes, minutes
and everything is OK there. So, once the public notice is issued and
the comment period ends, I can issue the 401 immediately (unless the ICI
reveals the need for some special conditions like Monroe or Kannapolis).
If that's the case, I will let everyone know asap.

One of our consultants, HNTB, is working on this project as we speak.
We happened to talk with them today, and they should have a draft to
us in a week or two, and then we'll review it and turn it back to
them for the final copy. Their reports are usually pretty sharp,
and we don't often have loads of comments requiring an extensive
rewrite, so it shouldn't take long to get the final in after our
comments .
Ultimately, we should have the final copy in DWQ's hands the last
week in March.
If that time-frame presents a problem, let us know and we'll see what
we can do to speed it up.

Got an emial from DWQ that says they don't have a copy of the ICI
for this project. Is it available? Can we send them a copy?
