We are pleased to submit the Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application for the proposed
stayAPT Suites Hotel located at 340 NC 68 Hwy S, Greensboro, NC 27409. The site is approximately
+/- 3.642 acres in size and is proposed to install a sanitary sewer pump station connecting to City
of Greensboro sewer system. There are no special requirements expected with respect to
wastewater.
The Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application package includes:
