I.Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for Lewis Creek Stream Restoration; 20080008 Ver 2; Henderson
County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on May 09, 2023 Henderson County Soil and Water Conservation District (61
Triple Springs Rd , Hendersonville, NC 28792) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401
Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A
NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this certification is sought regards Stream Restoration / Creation. The
DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is June 11, 2023.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on June
11, 2023. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here:
