Modifications to the subject Attachment are as follows:Due to the configuration of the chlorination system, which is dosed through the irrigation pump and only doses during irrigation events, the sampling frequency for pH(00400) and Total Residual Chlorine(50060)has been changed to"Per Event". The modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification until July 31,2023 (i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0001203 issued May 25,2018,and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein,as well as those specified in the above-referenced permit. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0001203 that was issued May 25, 2018 with the modified Attachment A. Please note that the Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than February 1,2023. If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this certification are unacceptable, the Permittee has the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following receipt of this permit. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail Service Center,Raleigh,NC 27699-6714. Otherwise,this certification shall be final and binding.
