The Division of Water Resources(Division)received your sludge survey information on May 4,
2023. With the survey results,you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement for
Lagoon#2 atthe Greg Horrell Farm#2&Addition facility.Due to the amount of treatment-volume
available,and the rate of sludge accumulation for the lagoon,the Division agrees that a sludge
survey is not needed until December 31, 2027 for Lagoon#2.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon#2 at Greg Horrell Farm #2 & Addition should be performed
before December 31, 2027. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for
reference.
