DWR understands that the Zone 1 and Zone 2 impacts in the application
includes the impacts in the right of way and on Ms. Garcia’s property
associated with the concrete pad. Zone 1 impacts are: 747 sq. ft. plus 75 sq. ft.
for a total of 822 sq. ft; Zone 2 impacts are: 319 sq. ft.
Included all built upon area beyond the existing roadway?
This was discussed and explained in the bullet above.
Zone 2 impacts of 319 sf are included in the application and mitigation, which we
agree, but it is also listed as “should be exempt”?
Ms. Garcia and DWR agree that these impacts are not exempt and should be
included in the application, as you submitted, and mitigation must be provided
for these impacts.
Overview the planting plan
Discussed the overall plan. Removing the sod, planting as per proposal, and
installing mulch.
Cul-de-sac overview
Discussed, as included in the application, that much of the platted cul-de-sac
area is now being used as people’s yards. So it would be difficult to get the
neighbors to even agree to construct a cul-de-sac. This concrete pad will serve
a similar function to Ms. Garcia and the adjacent neighbors in lieu of the cul-de-
sac.

Can you share the agenda for Fridays teams meeting and what you will be needing
from us?
I’m not comfortable doing this meeting with out Ms. Garcia not knowing what we will
be discussing.
