Owner would like to build gazebo on property with restroom and sink for washing hands.

Construct small wooden gazebo with concrete floor. Small excavator for leveling pad. Also, to excavate for
placement of non -concrete septic tank and non -concrete pump tank. Would need small trencher (3 inch
trench) for 2" Sch 40 PVC pump line between pump tank to existing septic at house. Trench for water line and
electrical line in same trench.
