Good morning Mrs. Cook,
I have another two sites that need additional outfalls associated with them.
Argos USA Apex Plant—NCG140073, needs outfall 002.
Outfall 001 35.710039, -78.837434 Stormwater
Outfall 002 35.709948, -78.835426 Stormwater
Argos USA High Point Plant—NCG140215, needs outfall 002
Outfall 001 35.950644, -80.00852 Comingled
Outfall 002 35.951115, -80.008277 Stormwater
Also, is there a way I can view the eDMRs that are being submitted by my team on the eDMR website through my
account? I am able to set them all up to enter the data, but I am not seeing anything else on my end.

The Winston Salem location, permit# NCG140116 Outfall 004 is wastewater comingled with stormwater.The rest are
stormwater runoff.
Our Westgate Rd location in Raleigh, permit# NCG140076 are all stormwater runoff with O&G grab sample
requirements because 55 gallon of new motor oil is used.
