The Animal Feeding Operations Program of the Division of Water Resources (Division) has
completed a review of the proposed lagoon maintenance/repair plan for Farm #20/3620. The plan
is acceptable to repair the wave erosion on the inside face of the lagoon embankment. Please
provide an engineer's certification within 30 days of completion of the repairs; include
notes/redline of any deviations or additions to the repair plan. Please also certify the waste level
gauge is accurate after repairs and provide along with engineer's certification.
