These wells may be located on private property, but we would like to submit an application for approval in the event that they cannot be placed on private property. The permanent wells would be the same construction as the other wells that we have received approval for. We are hoping to begin installation of these wells on Monday, May 15th, at the same time as the other approved locations (assuming that the wells cannot be located on private property). Attached, please find an application, a letter and attachments showing the proposed well pair location and well construction, and a Google street view of the proposed well pair location. The proposed location for this well pair would be in the ROW near 615 S 2"d St. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that after conducting a private utility locate, the well pair that was proposed to be located near 700 S 3rd Street (Permit #20230305) will need to be moved to the proposed alternate location near 213 Queen Street. Thank you for your help and patience with this upcoming work. Please let me know you have any questions.
