Hello Chris –
The 30 LF is shown in the report was included in the report to clarify the aerial crossing vs bore and jack or HDD and
should not be added. We will re‐submit the Engineer’s report to clarify the LF so that it matches the LF as shown on the
plans.

Eddie Wetherill,
I am reviewing the fast track sewer extension application for this project.
The application form indicates that the project replaces approximately 151 linear feet of gravity line. The narrative states
that the project is replacing approximately 163 linear feet of gravity and then mentions 114LF, 49LF, and 30LF of gravity
line which adds up to 193LF.
Please clarify how much gravity line this project is replacing.

Pankil,
Almost there.
Please add a graphic to the aerial image indicating where the gravity and force main lines will be located. Additionally,
please indicate which section of the line(s) are aerial/high priority lines.

That’s a topographical map. Applications need to include an aerial map. More like what you would see on Google Earth

I believe the attach Quad map was submitted in the original FTA application. We have submitted these Quad maps in the

Is this something that you were looking for?

Pankil,
Per section F. of the Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application Instructions which reads:
F. Site Maps (All Application Packages):
Submit an 8.5-inch x 11-inch color copy of a USGS Topographic Map of sufficient scale to identify the entire project area,
including the closest surface waters.
General location of the project components (gravity sewer, pump stations, & force main)
Downstream connection points and permit number (if known) for the receiving sewer
Include an aerial location map showing general project area (such as street names or latitude/longitude) so that Division staff can
easily locate it in the field.
Your application did not include an aerial map of the project location. Please submit that at your earliest convenience.
