Sorry for the delay in getting this ownership change to you folks — but I have a question re the legal
entity for this. I am no lawyer and these nested corporations puzzle me a bit on signature authority
and ultimately responsible authority.
CT Corporation Systems is the registered agent. Does Matthew Haverty (with Oxford Properties)
have signature authority for 78 TW Alexander Owner (DE) LLC? Legally — how does Oxford Properties
fit in here? Traditionally DEQ needs signature from someone with the registered agent (say, the VP

for CT Corporation Systems J. Michele Balnius). I do not have that or any delegation from them to
Oxford Properties.
Sorry to mire you with these legalities — but we have to have them. As soon as I get this cleared up I
can get this up for signature and out to you. Thanks much.
