Application to and written approval from DWR was not required to use of GC4249 for the wetland impacts, however we provided a courtesy copy for their file. The Neuse Buffer impacts are “deemed allowable” under 15A NCAC 02B .0714(11)(i) and as such do not require written authorization from DWR, but were included in the courtesy copy provided to them. DWR confirmed receipt of the courtesy copy in the attached email, DWR Project # 2016-1230 Ver 2.
