Individual Permit Modification Request
Eric,
Condition 4 of the Individual Water Quality Certification Version 2 issued for the project on July 17, 2019, required
submittal of an annual monitoring report in accordance with the approved Water Quality Monitoring Plan. Each
subsequent version of the Individual Water Quality Certification issued for the project contains the same condition.
A review of Division files reveals we received the Baseline Monitoring Report dated January 2021. However, I have been
unable to find a record for subsequent monitoring reports submitted to the Division.
Please provide an update on the status of the Water Quality Monitoring, including a summary when and to whom the
annual reports were submitted.
