Site inspection was conducted on May 8, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Scott Stalcup,
Grayson Parker, and Reid Whitehead were present during the inspection.
- Station 149+25 LT (Site 11) - Remove gravel from outlet. (Pictures were received on 5.9.23) Task is complete. We
believe the source to be the stormwater system. Leave coir log in place until next storm event. Ensure all stormwater
inlets are free of material and protected until the site is stable.
Continue to meet NPDES groundcover stabilization timeframes on the project.
