However, you are required to follow the conditions listed in the attached certification. If the conditions of the attached general water quality certification cannot be met or the project scope changes so that the thresholds listed are exceeded, additional review will be required by the Division of Water Resources and an Individual Water Certification may be required. The approval does not alleviate the need to comply with any other federal, state and local requirements before proceed with your project. The Division of Water resources has assigned the project# 20230589. Any future DWR correspondence should reference this project number. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need my assistance in any way. This was the first circulation from the MHC office, so there were errors on our end. But if you are able to process as quickly as possible I would appreciate it. USACE comments have been logged and they processed as a GP56. I do not see where is was distributed by email from the MHC or ILM office. Please know that (prior to e-permitting and now) when DWR receives a CAMA major permit application, staff in the central office in Raleigh receive the application and enter the documents into our LF repository, enter the project in our BIMS data base to generate at DWR number and then assign the project to the appropriate project manager. The project managers then review the documents in LF, enter dates, impacts, etc., in BIMS and sent them the decision letter to DCM. Not sure what happened to Engrassia if it was just sent to us thru the e-permitting portal. Sheri and Caroline are best suited to answer your question regarding how the process is working for us on the front end. When we last internally discussed the new process there were issues with having to individually download the documents and then recompile them into pdfs. Let me know if I can assist and how you all would like to proceed with the Engrassia request. Since it is in the ePermitting environment I wanted to check to see if there are any issues with using the system.
