JL SUMMARY
Facility Description: Amazon Fulfillment is located at 3620 Reeves Ridge Drive in Charlotte on approximately 56.05
acres. The facility is a "Middle Mile" operations center of Amazon. There is a large processing/sorting warehouse building
with several loading docks located on the property. There are also employee parking and trailer storage lots located on
the paved areas of the property.
File Review/History: Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) has not previously conducted an
inspection of this property.
Inspection Summary: The Amazon Fulfillment facility was observed to be in compliance with the City of Charlotte Storm
Water Pollution Control Ordinance at the time of the inspection. Please refer to the report for comments and
recommendations.
